摘 要:通过比较6种大孔吸附树脂对紫甘蓝色素的吸附与解吸效果,研究了D-4020型大孔树脂对紫甘蓝色素的吸附与解吸条件。结果表明,D-4020型大孔树脂是纯化紫甘蓝色素较适合的树脂类型;紫甘蓝色素在D-4020型树脂上的吸附平衡时间为4 h,吸附最适温度为20℃,解吸时宜选用60%体积分数的乙醇溶液。经纯化后的紫甘蓝色素色价为48.6,接近纯化前的10倍。The adsorption and desorption effects of 6 kinds of macroporous resins on purple cabbage pigment were compared.The adsorption and desorption properties of resin D-4020 on purple cabbage pigment were further investigated.The results indicated that the adsorption equilibrium time of purple cabbage pigment on resin D-4020 was 4 h.The optimum temperature for adsorption was 20 ℃.In addition,60%volume percent ethanol could provide the best desorption effect on purple cabbage pigment from resin D-4020.The purified purple cabbage pigment was obtained under the optimal conditions with color value of 48.6,which exhibited nearly 10-fold enhancement compared with the color value of purple cabbage pigment before purification.
