摘 要:构建职前职后一体化的特殊师范教育制度是提高教师培养与培训质量,加强特殊教育教师队伍建设的重要举措,也是特殊教育教师专业化的基本内涵。当前形势下,促进特殊教育教师职前职后的有效衔接,我们需要创设特殊教育教师专业发展学校,建立特殊师范教育机构与特殊教育学校合作培养机制;整合培训资源,建立以省级特殊师范教育机构为中心的层级式培训基地;同时重视特殊教育新教师入职,建立特殊教育新教师入职教育制度。It' s a important measure that Constructing the integration System of special teacher education to strengthen teacher teams construction of special education and to improve the quality of both pre-service & post-service teacher education. And what' s more, which is a core side of teacher professionalization. In the present situation, three sorts of tactics should to be set up to perfect the special teacher education system. Firstly, we should establish some Teachers Professional Development Schools( TP- DS) in the field of special education to promote the cooperation between the special teacher colleges and the special education schools. Secondly, the training resource should be integrated and the provincial level training bases should be set up based on the special teacher colleges. Thirdly, we should pay attention to the teachers "induction and set up the induction system for new special education teachers.
