摘  要:在"以系统为基础"的教育改革中,培养医学生的哲学思维无疑是其重要环节之一。数字在每个人的内心都有一定的喻意,人们自主不自主地都习惯进入"三"的境地。所谓日用而不知。"三"的思维具有客观的历史依据,"三"是现实世界的本质,是人类认识的结构,是社会实践的方法。当今医学诸多方面都是遵循"三"的理念,现代临床实践中也需要运用"三"的思维,解决临床问题.通过对数字"三"的剖析,希望对临床医学教育具有一定的启迪作用,为新世纪临床医疗工作奠定理论基础。In the systems-based curriculum reform, training philosophy thought is undoubtedly one of the key links. Number has some meanings in everyone's heart. People are accustomed to enter the territory of three consciously or unconsciously, so called daily use without any knowledge. Thinking of "three" has the objective historical evidences. The "three" is the essence of the actual world, the structure of human cognition and method of social practice. Modern medicine today follow the ideas of "three" in many aspects, we also use three thinking to solve clinical problems. We hope to get some enlightenment to the medical teaching by analyzing the number "three", and lay the theoretical foundation for clinical work in the New Century.
