摘 要:冬虫夏草是一种传统的名贵药材,其胞内多糖(IPS)是冬虫夏草的主要活性成分。研究通过正交优化了冬虫夏草IPS的产率。结果表明,最适培养基配方为葡萄糖54.54 g/L、酵母粉26.50g/L、Na H2PO4 0.4 g/L、K2HPO4 0.4 g/L。培养条件为24℃,初始p H4.5,摇床转速120 r/min,培养时间为7 d。在此条件下,虫草胞内多糖的产量为0.74 g/L,其产量比未优化前提高了50%,通过实验手段确定虫草胞内多糖具有一定的体外抗氧化活性。Cordyceps ophioglossoides is a valuable traditional medicinal material. It was found that intracellular polysaccharide (IPS) is the major biologically active ingredient in Cordyceps ophioglossoides. This study was the first time to optimize the yield of IPS from Cordyceps ophioglossoides. The optimal medium for IPS production consists of glucose 54.54 g/L, yeast powder 26.50 g/L, NaH2PO4 0.4 g/L and K2HPO4 0.4 g/L. The suggested culture conditions were 24 ℃, initial pH4.5 with a rotary speed of 120 r/min for 7 d. The yield of IPS is 0.74 g/L, which is 50% higher than the yield under the conditions prior to optimization. The anti-oxidative activities of IPS in Cordyceps ophioglossoides are also characterized using various in vitro assay.
