“国培计划”小学体育教师置换脱产研修项目培训绩效调查研究——以湖南第一师范学院为个案

摘　　要：为提高"国培计划"培训的实效性和针对性,运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对湖南第一师范学院2013-2014两年小学体育学员培训绩效进行调查。结果表明:学员对培训课程设置和时间安排比较认可,对培训教师的教学方法、学识水平、教学态度及教学内容都比较满意,对培训学校生活环境,住宿条件评价不是很高。就调查情况总结经验,改进方法,切实提高教师培训质量。In order to improve the effectiveness and relevance of the training of ＂national training program,＂ by using literature, questionnaires and other methods, this paper investigates the training performance of primary school PE trainees in Hunan First Normal University in 2013-2014. The results showed that participants approbate the training curriculum and schedule, and they are satisfied with the teaching methods, education level, teaching attitude of training teachers, as well as the teaching contents, but the evaluation of them on the environment and accommodation provided by the training school is not very high. This papr summarizes some experiences from the investigation, to improve methods, .and improve the quality of teacher training.
