基于校企合作模式下的“异常心理学”实践教学改革探索

摘　　要：校企合作是应用型本科院校谋求自身发展、实现与市场接轨、提高育人质量、培养高素质应用型人才的一种重要教育模式,也是强化实践教学环节,提高教学质量的一种有效途径。文章以"异常心理学"课程为例,对应用心理学专业实践教学中存在的问题进行了分析,重点探讨了校企合作模式下应用心理学专业实践教学的改革与创新,以期提高该专业学生的实践技能和综合素质,增强他们的就业竞争力。University-enterprise cooperation is a kind of important educational mode for the application-oriented undergraduate colleges to seek their own development, realize the integration with the market,improve the quality of education and cultivate high quality talents. It is also an effective way to strengthen the practice teaching and improve the teaching quality. Based on the analysis of problems in practice teaching for Applied Psychology majors, a case study was made on Abnormal Psychology. In order to improve the students＇ professional skills, overall quality and their competitiveness in job-hunting, a discussion was made on tile reform and innovation of practice teaching for Applied Psychology majors under university-enterprise cooperation.
