摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,酒类的品质问题一直受到人们的密切关注。电子鼻、舌是模仿哺乳动物嗅觉和味觉而制成的智能检测仪器,与模式识别算法相结合,可用于酒类品质检测。该文主要是对目前电子鼻、舌在酒类品质检测中的应用研究展开了综述,并对电子鼻、舌今后的研究前景进行了展望。With the improvement of living standards, the problem of alcoholic drink quality has been closely watched. Electronic nose and electronic tongue are intelligent instrumentations, which simulate the olfactory and taste of mammal. They combine with pattern recognition algorithm to detect alcohol quality. The article reviewed on the application of electronic nose and electronic tongue in alcoholic drink quality detection of, in addition, the future research was prospected.
