浅析高职院校“双师型”教师在职培训机制

摘　　要：纵观我国高职院校"双师型"教师在职培训工作,不难发现尚存一些有待于引起社会关注的问题,如"双师型"教师在职继续教育体系不健全、此类教师在职培训期间的对外交流活动易被忽视以及教师职称和能力考核标准模糊等。鉴于此,打造一支合格的"双师型"教师队伍,完善教师在职继续教育体系,加强此类教师在职培训期间的对外交流活动,规范教师职称和能力考核标准,真正落实"双师型"教师在职培训工作,成为当前全面提升我国高职院校教师队伍综合素质的关键性任务。As for the on-the-job training of Dual-mode teachers in higher vocational colleges, there are a number of problems needed to cause social concerns, for example, the continuing education system of Dual-mode teachers is not perfect, foreign exchange activities in the period of on-the-job training are neglected and the standards of title assessment of Dual-mode teachers are vague, etc. So a qualified Dual-mode teacher group should be established in order to improve the continuing education system of Dual-mode teachers, strengthen foreign exchange activities in the period of the on-the-job training, regulate the standards of title assessment of Dual-mode teachers and implement the work of the on-the-job training of Dual-mode teachers. It becomes the critical tasks to enhance the quality of Dual-mode teachers in China＇s higher vocational education.
