摘 要:目前校企合作的核心问题是校企合作成本收益的不对等问题,具体包括合作成本和合作满意度两方面。合作不对等问题的主要原因包括:校企的职教观念、政府的主导作用、合作机制、合作资源等几方面的问题。要解决校企合作成本收益不对等的问题就要做到:第一,转变校企各自的职业教育理念,尊重职业教育的社会地位和办学规律,关照企业利益和经营规律。第二,发挥政府主导作用,完善并落实已经出台的各项激励性政策和约束性政策。第三,建立健全校企合作的微观机制,尤其是要制订符合校企实际的具有可操作性的措施,保证合作的顺畅实施。第四,提升职业院校为企业和产业服务的实力,增强学校在校企合作中的交换报酬能力。At present, the core problem of school-enterprise collaboration is the imbalance of benefits and cost. It is caused by the factors including the deferent concept of vocational education on the part of both schools and enterprises, the leading role of government, cooperative mechanism, and the cooperation resources. The main solutions for the above problems include: firstly, both enterprises and schools should change their idea of vocational education and care about the benefits of the enterprise. Secondly, the government should play the leading role in the collaboration, improving and implementing incentive and controlling policies for the collaboration. Thirdly, sound system especially operable measures for the collaboration should be established to ensure its smooth operation; fourthly, schools should promote their capacity in serving the enterprise and improve the exchange remuneration capacity between both parts.
