摘 要:教师的教学、指导水平往往决定了拔尖创新人才培养的质量。调查发现,教师在课堂教学中教学内容重基础,实践性、前沿性欠缺;教学方法重互动,灵活运用多种方法、研讨课欠缺。教师在科研指导中指导计划重长期目标,轻视短期目标;指导内容重科研实践训练,轻科研方法;指导方式重单向传递,轻协同合作。通过增强教师的使命感和建立有利于教师培养拔尖创新人才的制度环境来提高高校拔尖人才培养质量。The teacher's guidance level often determines the quality of the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.It is found that in classroom teaching,teachers pay more attention to basic knowledge,with lack of practical and cutting-edge information.In terms of teaching method,they concentrate on interaction rather than using various teaching methods flexibly,such as seminar courses.In scientific research,teachers pay more attention to long-term guidance,but ignore short-term guidance.When they instruct students in scientific research,teachers focus on practical training,paying less attention to research methods.The one way transmission method isn't beneficial to coordination and cooperation.Therefore,it is concluded that enhancing teachers' sense of mission and establishing institutional environment can improve the cultivating quality of top-notch innovative talents.
