摘　　要：大学课堂是大学教育的主阵地,是大学教育的立足之本,是为学习者需要而存在的。但是,当前大学课堂呈现出照本宣科和"学分课堂"的形态,其背后是现实的知识课堂生态文化,而知识课堂走不出杰出人才。为此,大学课堂亟需革新,亟需实现知识课堂向人才课堂的转变。University class is the main front of university education and the university education＇s foothold,it exists foe learners＇ need.But,the current university classroom presents a scripted and credits ＂classroom＂ form behind which is the practical knowledge of ecological culture,it is impossible to cultivate talents in knowledge class.So,the university class is in urgent need of innovation that it should turn knowledge class to talents class.
