新世纪我国特殊师范教育制度的变革:基于制度变迁理论的分析

摘　　要：新世纪以来,我国特殊师范教育制度在整个教师教育改革背景下发生了较大的调整与变革。新制度主义的制度变迁理论可为我们了解这种变革的性质与模式提供独特的分析视角。从制度变迁的理论来看,新世纪我国特殊师范教育制度的变革在性质上是一种制度变迁,在模式上则是一种自上而下的、由政府主导的强制性制度变迁。In the new century,the special teacher education system has a diversity change in the background of teacher education reform.The institutional change theory can be given us a particular analytic perspective to discuss the characteristic and model of this reform.Form the perspective of institutional change system,we can draw a conclusion that the characteristic of this reform is a sort of institutional change,and the model of this reform is mandatory institutional change dominated by government.
