摘  要:目的了解本口岸进口糕点饼干类食品的安全卫生状况,为提出合适的监管对策提供依据。方法以食品标准和法规为依据,对珠海某口岸2013年6月-2014年5月进口的816批(货物批)糕点饼干类食品通过现场查验与抽样检测的方式进行质量分析。结果研究期间进口的糕点饼干类食品标签的不合格率为18.7%,安全卫生项目的不合格率为1.4%。安全卫生项目不合格的食品主要来自马来西亚、菲律宾和印度尼西亚;不合格原因主要是微生物超标和食品添加剂不符合标准要求。结论进口糕点饼干类食品安全卫生存在一定隐患,应通过现场查验及有针对性的检测,以及境外生产企业注册登记管理、加强企业诚信管理、完善法律法规、运用风险管理、建立多部门合作机制、加大宣传力度和落实不合格产品的追溯制度等手段来保证进口食品安全。Objective To study the hygienic status of imported pastry and biscuits from a Zhuhai seaport,so as to provide a reference for making as surveillance strategy. Methods 816 batches of pastry and biscuits from June 2013 to May 2014 were checked,sampled and tested in a Zhuhai seaport based on the national food standards and regulations. Results The unqualified rate of labels on imported pastry and biscuits was 18. 7% during the research period,and the unqualified rate for food safety and hygiene was 1. 4%. The unqualified foods mainly came from Malaysia,Philippines and Indonesia; the main unqualified items were microbe and food additives. Conclusion The food safety and health of imported pastry and biscuits is of a certain risk. The safety of imported food should be strengthened through port site inspection,targeted testing,overseas production enterprise registration management,enterprise credit management,perfecting the laws and regulations,the use of risk management,and to establish multi-sectoral cooperation mechanisms,intensify propaganda and implementation of nonconforming product traceability system.
