摘  要:课程整合为课程体系改革的重要组成部分,传统"以学科为中心"基础医学课程教学模式的系统性和完整性较强,但各学科内容之间存在过多交叉和重复。"以器官系统为中心"基础医学课程教学模式有利于学生对知识的记忆和理解及培养学生独立分析问题和解决问题的综合能力。为适应21世纪医学人才培养要求和教育部"卓越医生教育培养计划"目标,在高等医学院校临床医学专业本科层次开展"以器官系统为中心"的基础医学课程模式改革具有重要意义。Curriculum integration is an important part of course system reform. The traditional teaching mode of basic medical course "centering on subject" has strong systematicness and integrity, but there is too much overlap and repetition between each subject content. The teaching mode of basic medical course "centering on organ system" is beneficial to the students' memory and comprehension on knowledge and developing the students' comprehensive abilities to analyze and solve problems. In order to meet the requirements of medical talents in the twenty-first century and the training targets of "Outstanding Doctor Education Plan" made by the Ministry of Education, it has the important significance to carry out the reform of the basic medical curriculum models "centering on organ system" at the undergraduate level of clinical medicine in higher medical schools.
