个性化因材施教人才培养探索——以城市园林分类培养分层教学为例

摘　　要：在当前的高职教育中,如何让学生能够在进入学校后获得个性化的发展是一个急需要解决的问题。特别是高职学生,在进校后其个体差异会导致他们在发展上出现不同。文中以城市园林分类培养分层教学为例,就如何让高职学生在进校后获得个性化的培养与发展进行探讨。After students enter school, their personalized development is an issue that needs to be addressed ur- gently in the current higher vocational education. In particular, the students＇ individual differences led to the dispari- ties in personalized development. Taking the stratified management and classified training of city garden as an exam- ple, this paper presents the ways to promote the personalized development of students in higher vocational school.
