摘  要:建立了离子色谱法测定茶饮料及含蛋白茶饮料中氟含量的方法。采用AS19(4 mm×250mm)色谱柱,以梯度浓度的KOH作为淋洗液,含蛋白茶饮料用乙醇沉淀蛋白,通过高速冷冻离心去除脂肪,取清洗挥干后用水复溶,经C18小柱净化。方法检出限为0.01 mg/L,标准曲线相关系数0.9997,普通茶饮料回收率在98%~103%,奶茶饮料的回收率在82%~88%。该方法简单、灵敏、准确,解决了茶饮料干扰大的难题,适用于茶饮料中无机氟的检测。A confirming method was developed in this article to determine inorganic fluride in tea drinks by ion chromatography. The anion was tested on AS19(4 mm×250 mm) anion exchange column using multi-step gradient KOH as eluent. Samples removed proteins by adding ethanol and centrifuged to remove fat. The clear liquid was evaporated to dryness, and the residue was dissolved in water, and filtrated wich C18 extration column. The limit of detection was 0.01 mg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The recovery of three levers varied from 82%~103%. The method was simples, sensitive and accurate, and was suitable for the determination of inorganic fluoride in tea drinks.
