摘 要:研究建立了食用油中5种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量的凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定方法。将食用油用环己烷-乙酸乙酯(体积比1:1)溶解,凝胶渗透色谱分离纯化后进GC-MS/MS检测。结果表明:邻苯二甲酸二乙基酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁基酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁基酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苯甲基酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)多通道扫描的最佳碰撞电压分别为2l、23、21、7,9V;5种PAEs的平均加标回收率在80.52%~98.30%之间,相对标准偏差在0.39%~7.62%之间;仪器检出限小于1.0μg/L,方法检出限小于50.0μg/kg。The method for determining the contents of five kinds of phthalate esters (PAEs) in edible oil by gel permeation chromatography and gas chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry ( GC - MS/MS) was studied and established. The edible oil was dissolved in eyclohexane - ethyl acetate ( volume ratio 1 : 1 ), separated and purified by gel permeation chromatography, and determined by GC - MS/MS. The results showed that the impact voltages of multi - channel scanning of diethyl phthalate ( DEP), di - isobutyl phthalate ( DIBP), dibutyl phthalate( DBP), butylbenzyl phthalate (BBP) and di - (2 - ethyl hexyl) - phthalate (DEHP) were 21,23, 21, 7 V and 9 V, respectively. The average recoveries of standard addi- tion for five kinds of PAEs were between 80.52% and 98.30%, and the relative standard deviations were between 0.39% and 7.62%. The limits of detection of the instrument and the method were less than 1.0 μg/L and 50.0 μg/kg, respectively.
