摘　　要：民间艺术资源保护和开发本身就是一项重要的文化活动,它表现出一个民族、一个地区的文化价值观念,表现出民众对于物质和精神的双重需求维度。一个好的艺术作品,应是具有使用和审美的双重价值,符合民族性和世界性的双重要求。所以厘清河南民间艺术与保护、开发活动的关系及相互的促进作用是相当重要的艺术理论命题,是关乎艺术创新和艺术教育导向的重要契机。The protection and development of folk arts resources are the important cultural activities. They are the national and a region＇s cultural value concept, which shows the dual needs of material and spirit. An excellent piece of art work should have double values of the use and aesthetic, in line with national and international requirements. So it is very important to clarify the relationship between Henan＇s folk arts and protection and development activities, and the promotion of mutual promotion. It is an important opportunity for art innovation and art education.
