摘  要:比较国标法中微生物法和商品化维生素B_6检测试剂盒法对小麦胚芽中维生素B_6测定的差异性。运用国标法和试剂盒法对小麦胚芽中维生素B_6进行测定。国标法测定标准曲线在1~8 ng范围内具有良好的线性关系(R^2=0.995 6),试剂盒法在2~12μg范围内线性关系良好(R^2=0.996 1)。通过两种方法对6份小麦胚芽中维生素B_6含量进行检测,国标法检测最大RSD为4.26%,试剂盒法最大RSD为6.38%。对于天然样品小麦胚芽中维生素B_6的测定,国标法相对于试剂盒法有更好的适用性,但操作过程较为繁杂;而试剂盒法的检测周期短,适合于强化维生素B_6的样品测定。Compare the difference of stonational standard method and kit method for the determination of vitamin B_6 in wheat germ. Use the method of national standard method and kit for determination of vitamin B_6 in wheat germ. Thestandard curve of GB method has good linear relationshipin the range of 1~8 ng(R^2=0.995 6) and the kit method in the range of 2~12 μg has good linearity(R^2=0.996 1). By the two methods to detect vitamin B_6 in 6 copies of wheat germ, both can effectively determine content of vitamin B_6. GB method has a maximum RSD of 4.26% and the kit method has a maximum RSD of 6.38%. For the determination of vitamin B_6 in natural samples, national standard method for kit method has better applicability. But operation process is relatively complex. Kit method testing cycle is short, suitable for strengthening vitamin B_6 sample determination.
