摘  要:[目的]研究核心能力教学模式在《基础护理学》实验教学中的应用效果。[方法]选取湘南学院2012级及2013级本科学生597人作为研究对象,将2012级283人设为对照组,2013级314人设为观察组,观察组采用核心能力教学模式,即角色扮演、案例教学法、情景教学法、护理程序教学法等多种教学法,对照组按传统教学方法上课,每章根据教材顺序进行理论讲授、操作演示、提问和讨论,对两组学生的考核成绩和核心能力进行比较。[结果]观察组理论考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),操作技能成绩除了无菌技术这一项目外,其他项目的成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);除职业生涯规划能力这一项外,观察组学生其他核心能力均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]在《基础护理学》教学中应用核心能力教学模式可提高学生理论成绩、操作技能成绩及护理核心能力,优化护理教学。Objective:To explore the application effect of core competency teaching model in experimental teaching of"Basic Nursing".Methods:A total of 597 nursing students in grade 2012 to 2013were selected as the research objects.283 cases in grade 2012 were selected as control group,314 cases in grade 2013 were taken as experimental group.The patients in experimental group received the core competency teaching model,that was role play,case teaching,situational simulation teaching and nursing program teaching.Students in control group adopted traditional teaching methods.That was,theory teaching,operation demonstration,questions and discussion were carried out according to teaching material order in each chapter.The assessment results and core competencies were compared between both groups of students.Results:The theory assessment score of experimental group students was higher than that in control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Except for the aseptic technique,the other skills assessments scores of experimental group students were higher than that in control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Except for the ability of career planning,The other core competencies of experimental group students were better than those in control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:the core competence teaching mode has been applied to improve the students' academic performance,operating skills and core competence in the teaching of basic nursing.Nursing teaching has been optimized.
