摘  要:目的建立一种同时检测葡萄酒中甜味剂和防腐剂含量的离子色谱测定方法。方法准确量取一定量的葡萄酒,将样品按一定比例稀释后以2 ml/min的流速通过固相萃取柱去除色素和有机阴离子后,经0.22μm滤膜过滤,以淋洗液自动发生器生成的KOH为淋洗液,在IonPac AS19阴离子交换色谱柱上分离,抑制电导检测器进行检测,直接进样可同时分离葡萄酒中的多种甜味剂和防腐剂。结果在优化条件下7种添加剂标准的线性良好,其相关系数范围为0.9 991-0.9 999,检出限为2.0-5.0 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.5%-4.2%,加标回收率为89.0%-99.0%。结论该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,其精密度、准确性均能够满足实际样品的测试要求。Objective To develop a IC method for simultaneous determination of sweetening and preservatives in wine. Methods Accurately measured a certain amount of wine,the diluted sample was pretreated by passing through 0. 22 um filter membrane and SPE column at a flow rate of 2ml / min,prior to sample detection for the partly removal of pigment and organic anion. KOH automatically generated as eluent,IonPac AS19 as anion exchange separation column,suppressed conductivity detector for testing,direct injection can be isolated sweetening and preservatives in wine. Results Linear optimization condition was good,the correlation coefficient of 0. 9991 - 0. 9999,the detection limit is 2. 0 - 5. 0mg / kg,the relative standard deviation( RSD) of0. 5% - 4. 2%,and the recovery of 89. 0% - 99. 0%. Conclusions The method was simple,rapid,high sensitivity,precision and accuracy can satisfy the requirement of the actual sample testing.
