摘　　要：以文化负载词为研究对象,就中医文献中出现的此类词汇进行了界定及分门别类,并基于不同分类开展了相关翻译策略的探讨,以求补偿语义空缺,助力中医文化的高效传播。Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） possesses its own characteristics in the culture layer. To a lager extent, the so-called difficulties existing in translation of TCM namely are those existing in translation of TCM culture. Thus, culture-loaded words were regarded as the research object in this paper. The author defmed and classified these special words from TCM literatures successively, and then discussed the corresponding translation strategies further with the purpose of making up for semantic voids to promote the effective spread of TCM culture.
