由“君子不器”再谈体育教育人才培养的“专”与“通”

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,从哲学、社会学、教育学等不同角度对《论语·为政》中的"君子不器"进行意义解读,并以此为切入点对体育教育人才培养过程中出现的"专才"教育与"通识"教育的现实矛盾进行深刻分析,提出师德教育常态化,实践管理全程化,课程改革订制化等改进策略,以提高高校体育教育专业人才培养的质量。By using the methods of documents and logical analysis, interpreting the＂gentleman is not control＂i in the Analects from the perspectives of philosophy, Sociology, pedagogy and so on.The paper uses interpretation to analysis of problems of the cultivation of university physical education professionals.According to contradiction analysis on of specific education and all-round education, the author put forward the strategy of strengthening teacher＇s moral education, whole practice management and customized curriculum reform, in order to improve reformation of university physical education profession and quality of talent cultivation.
