摘　　要：缺位、错位以及假性等值等因素往往成为翻译的主要障碍。在跨文化翻译过程中,创造性叛逆的观点应该应用于翻译实践,以目的、通俗和文化保护作为叛逆的原则,从形式和内容方面贯彻创造性的方式方法,以减少翻译中的文化欠额,适应读者的认知需求,也有利于保护民族文化。The vacancy, mismatch and illusory correspondence between two languages have become the main obstacles in their cross - cultural translation. This paper holds that translators should employ creative treason as the macroscopic guiding principles for the translating purpose, fluency and culture protection, and take the creation in language forms and ideological contents as the way to reduce cultural shortfalls, to adapt to the readers＇cultural awareness, and to protect national culture in cross -cultural translation.
