摘  要:开关磁阻电机采用双凸极结构,磁路高度非线性,使得传统的方法难以得到规则统一的模型。为了解决该问题,利用Ansoft软件对开关磁阻电机进行有限元分析,得到电机的静态磁链和转矩数据。将有限元分析得到的非线性数据通过Matlab软件形成关于电流和角度位置的数组,利用Simulink中的二维查找模块(Look-up)将数据带入,完成建模。对已经建好的开关磁阻电机调速系统进行仿真,对其稳态和动态性能进行分析后表明此系统启动较快,基本无超调,达到稳定转速时扰动较小并且在突增负载和变速情况下,可以较快恢复稳定,性能良好。Switched reluctance machine has a doubly salient structure and a nonlinear magnetic circuit so that a regular model cannot be established by traditional method. The switched reluctance machine was finite element analyzed in Ansoft to get the static flux linkage and torque data. The nonlinear data was formed into data array of current and angle through Matlab. The model was established in Look-up mode of Simulink,and the modeling was finished. The speed regulating system was simulated and analyzed for its static and dynamic performance. It showed that this system started fast with no overshoot. The disturbance was small when the system got the steady rotary speed. And when the system run in a exploding loading or variable speed condition,it could return to steady state quickly and perform well.
