高职院校师德建设的探索与思考

摘　　要：本文阐述了高等职业院校教师师德建设的必要性,对目前高等职业院校教师素养水平和专业能力的现状进行分析,找出了存在的问题和矛盾,同时分析了现代职业教育对教师师德的要求,提出加强师德培养的途径、方法和措施。The article presented the necessity of vocational college teachers＇ ethic construction, and pointed out the existing problems and contradictions by analyzing the current situations of those teachers＇ ethic level and professional competence; and discussed the requirement of modern vocational education to teachers＇ morality. Therefore, the article put forward the ways, methods and measures to strengthen the teachers＇ morality cultivation.
