试论高等职业教育技术技能人才的培养

摘　　要：高等职业教育人才培养目标的演变与我国的经济发展过程紧密联系,目前我国的高职教育人才培养目标确定为技术技能人才,技术技能人才有其不同的人才培养规格要求,需要不同的培养途径来培养。高职院校要确立满足服务区域经济发展和行业需要的人才培养目标、树立现代高等职业教育理念、注重学生职业素养的培养、构建人才培养课程体系,培养高质量的技术技能人才。The evolution of the training aim of the talents in high vocational colleges is closely related to the economical development in our country.At present,the general requirement of the high vocation education is the technical and skilled talents.The technical and skilled talents＇ training has different standards and requirements,which need to be carried out in different ways.High vocational colleges should set up the training aim as meeting the demands of local economic development and the industry demand,set up the modern concept of vocational education,pay attention to the cultivation of the students＇ vocational accomplishment.High vocational schools should also have its own system of course to develop the talents,and train high quality technical and skilled talents.
