PBL和TBL教学模式在医学教学中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:比较PBL和TBL两种教学模式在医学教学中发挥的效果。方法:选取2008年9月笔者所在学校入学的临床医学专业学生246名作为研究对象进行小范围教学试点实验,将246名学生随机分为三组(对照组、PBL组、TBL组),对照组使用传统教学法,PBL组使用PBL教学方法,TBL组使用TBL教学方法,经过五年的学习后246名学生进行一次综合测评,比较各组学生对知识的掌握程度。结果:TBL组优秀率>PBL组优秀率>对照组优秀率(P<0.05),TBL组平均分>PBL组平均分>对照组平均分(P<0.05),TBL组最高分>TBL组最高分>对照组最高分(P<0.05)。结论:TBL教学模式和PBL教学模式发挥的效果均优于传统教学模式,且TBL教学模式优于PBL教学模式。Objective：To compare the effects of PBL and TBL teaching modes in the medical teaching.Method：246 students of Clinical Medicine in our school, enrolled in September 2008, were selected as the subjects to conduct the pilot experiment of teaching on a small scale.These students were divided randomly into three groups（the control group,PBL group,and TBL group）,and then the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,PBL group adopted the PBL one,and TBL group adopted the TBL one.Through studying for five years,246 students participated a comprehensive evaluation which aimed to compare the master degree of knowledge of each group.Result：The excellent rate of TBL group〉the one of PBL group〉the one of the control group（P〈0.05）,the mean of TBL group〉the one of PBL group〉the one of the control group（P〈0.05）,the top score of TBL group〉the one of PBL group〉the one of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of PBL and TBL Teaching Modes are superior to that of the traditional teaching mode,and the effect of TBL teaching mode to that of PBL.
