摘 要:本研究概括了卓越教师的理论知识与教学实践的重要特征,并试图建构卓越教师的理论与实践互动模型,以揭示其跨越理论知识与教学实践的动态发展过程。卓越教师在其所处的专业发展环境的支持下,积极运用各种有利资源,积累丰厚的理论知识,不断改善教学实践,反思教学成效,实现了理论知识实践化与实践知识理论化的转变。本研究为建构学校学习共同体、促进教师的自我导向学习提供了启示。The article summarized the key characteristics of excellent teachers' theoretical knowledge and teaching practice, and eonstructed the interconnected model for teacher professional development, which revealed the dynamic process of bridging theory and practice by excellent teachers. The excellent teachers made full use of external sources, built up the their knowledge base, improve their teaching quality, actively reflected on their teaching practice with the support from the professional development environment. Based on this process, the excellent teachers succeeded in putting the theoretical knowledge into practice and theorizing from practical knowledge. This study provided some suggestions for constructing the school community of leaning and motivating teachers' self-directed learning.
