摘　　要：新教师阶段是影响教师专业发展的关键时期,新教师专业发展困境往往来自于教育实践现场,发展新教师的现场学习力,将教育现场转变为新教师专业发展的学习资源,有助于新教师专业发展水平的提高。The new teachers＇ stage is a critical period influencing their professional development. The predicament of new teachers＇ professional development often comes from the field of education practice. Therefore, the develop-ment of new teachers＇ field learning ability contributes to the improvement of their professional development by changing the educational field into the learning resources for their professional development.
