摘  要:层级化是国外开放大学课程体系建设的重要理念,对我国开放大学改革课程体系具有重要的参考价值。开放大学层级化课程体系具有课程理念的开放性、课程设置的科学性、课程体系的层级化、课程管理的规范化、课程衔接的灵活化等基本特点。在框架设计方面,开放大学层级化课程体系应该基于培养目标、培养规格设置课程,并基于课程体系内在逻辑结构对课程进行层级划分,实现学历与非学历教育课程体系的一体化设计、模块化组合、纵向衔接、横向沟通。开放大学需要对课程体系按照层级化的思路进行重构,并构建支持课程体系层级化改革的整体环境。Hierarchy idea is of great importance in designing curriculum system in open universities of other countries, which provides reference for curriculum system reform in open universities of China. The hierarchical curriculum system in open university has the following basic characteristics, including open curriculum conception, scientific curriculum provision, hierarchical curriculum system, standardized curriculum management and flexible curriculum connection. In designing the framework of curriculum system,curriculum provision should be designed based on educational objective and educational standards, and the curriculum should be hierarchically classified according to the logical structure of curriculum system. Besides, diploma education and non-diploma education should be connected, with each level and type of courses designed and combined as a module. Therefore, it is of great significance in reconstructing the curriculum system in open university based on establishing idea and establishing an environment for hierarchical reform of curriculum system.
