摘  要:本研究以"英语教学法理论与实践"课程为依托,采用行动研究和个案研究相结合的方法,探究培养职前大学英语教师教学反思能力的有效策略。研究表明,通过作为职前英语教师的研究生对"英语教学法理论与实践"这门课程的学习及其自身的教学实践相结合,可将反思能力的培养渗透到英语教学法理论学习、示范课观摩、教学设计与实践等各个环节,学员的教学反思能力得到了显著提高,"反思"成为其日常教学的重要组成部分,对其职业发展起到了促进作用。Through case studies,this action research attempts to apply the theory of teacher development in pre-service college English teacher training.Strategies for enhancing reflective thinking and practice have been incorporated into the course planning of English teaching methodologies,during which pre-service teachers have been required to reflect on various teaching theories,observe and reflect on other teachers' classes and their own teaching.Research results show that the reflective competence of these preservice teachers has been improved,which is evidenced by their daily practice of reflection on how to improve their teaching.
