摘　　要：在国家大力推动下,许多职业院校联合相关企业正在推行现代学徒制的人才培养模式。而汽车制造专业施行现代学徒制更具有行业优势,不仅达到了高职的专业培养目标,又满足了企业的用人要求,同时还为企业储备了人才。但教学运行中还需加强校企沟通交流,发展过程中企业还需增加教学的人财物投入。Under the push of country, many vocational colleges and relevant enterprises are actively carrying out the modern apprenticeship,which not only reach the training goal of higher vocational education,but also meet the requirement of enterprises.However,communication between school and enterprise should be strengthened and human and financial input must be increased.
