工科研究生校企合作培养模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：该文从工科研究生培养现状出发,分析了校企合作培养研究生的必要性和现实意义,提出校企合作培养工科研究生的人才培养模式,并以北京服装学院机械电子工程的学生为例,总结了该人才培养模式的实践效果。According to the present situation of engineering postgraduates＇ cultivation, the necessity and the practical signifi- cance of the postgraduates＇ training mode based on university-enterprise cooperation are indicated in this paper. This training mode of postgraduates is proposed and the practical effect of this training mode that is applied to the postgraduates of mechatron- ic engineering at Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology is also summarized.
