标准化病人在社区中医全科教学课程中运用和探索

摘　　要：目的探索在上海市中医类别全科医师社区教学课程中,运用标准化病人教学方法的效果.方法：在参与住院医师规培教学的25 名学员中,运用标准化病人教学方法.结果：学员普遍反映教学方法较新,其中80%的学员认为有利于短时间内掌握教学内容,对实际工作有帮助;76%的学员认为能提高学习兴趣;学习前后门诊能力评分有提高,P〈0.05.结论：运用标准化病人的教学方法,取得了较好的效果,为中医类别全科医学教育探索了一种适宜社区的教学手段.Objective:To explore the category of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai community general practitioners in the teaching course, teaching method the effect of using standardized patients. Method:Category of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai community general practitioners on-the-job training, the category of traditional Chinese medicine residency rules in the teaching of 25 students, using standardized patient teaching method in general practice teaching. Results:80% of the students think that is beneficial to them in a short period of time to master the teaching content, are helpful to practical work. 76% of students think and raise interest in learning.Outpatient service ability score before and after learning has improved(P< 0.05).Conclusion:In the community in general teaching using standardized patient teaching method and good results have been achieved, for the category of education in general medicine of traditional Chinese medicine to explore a suitable teaching method in the community.
