摘 要:传统的幼儿园职前教师教育课程更为关注师范生对教育基本理论、学科知识与技能的掌握,而对实践智慧不够重视。近年来哲学界兴起的实践哲学转向为幼儿园职前教师教育课程的建设提供了新的思路。首先,幼儿园职前教师教育课程要走向道德实践,应是与师范生的伦理养成和道德实践密不可分的。师范生在课程中学习到的不仅仅是成为一名幼儿园教师所应具备的学识与技能,更是真实课堂情境所需要的道德实践与人文素养。其次,幼儿园职前教师教育课程要走向审美实践,是"成就教师"的学问,承认并显现教学在其复杂性、多元性与丰富性中体现的美。再次,幼儿园职前教师教育课程还应走向智慧实践,不仅关注师范生的教学技能,更关注其智慧实践的生成与获得。The current teacher education courses often concern more about education theory, subject knowledge and skills than the importance of practice wisdom. In recent years can the rise of practical philosophy provide a kind of new thinking to solve the problem. First, kindergarten teacher's education courses should focus on moral practice to help students develop the ethical and moral practice. Students should learn to become a teacher not only having the knowledge and skills of teaching, but also having moral practice and humanistic quality to face the real classroom situations. Secondly, kindergarten teacher's education courses should pay attention to aesthetic practice. Students should be led to understand the integrity and beauty of real teaching. Thirdly, the teacher's education courses should be to the wisdom of practice. It's more important for students to get the wisdom of teaching practice to deal with the complex real situations successfully.
