摘  要:目的了解青岛市海产品中副溶血性弧菌(vibrio parahemolyticus,VP)污染状况,为VP食源性疾病防控和预警提供依据。方法 2012年4~11月间采用GB/T 4789.7-2008《食品卫生微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》方法,对青岛市农贸市场和超级卖场两个采样区共采集152份样品进行定性检测。结果 152份样品中共检出含VP的样品31份,总体检出率为20.39%,各类海产品中VP检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.010,P〉0.05),两种类型采样区检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.823,P〉0.05),7~9月与其它月份的样品VP检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.717,P〉0.05)。结论 VP食物中毒的防控应采取持续的措施。Objective To investigate the contamination status of Vibrio parahemolyticus( VP) of sea foods in Qingdao city,to provide evidence for prevention and early- alert of food poisoning caused by VP. Methods152 samples which were collected from farmers market and super market in Qingdao city from April to November in 2012 were determined qualitatively based on the method of GB / T 4789. 7- 2008 Food Hygiene Microbiological Examination: Examination of Vibrio parahemolyticus. Results 31 samples were positive of VP in 152 samples,and the total detection rate was 20. 39%,there was no significant difference in the detection rate among various types( χ2= 1. 010,P 0. 05),among 2 sampling points( χ2= 0. 823,P 0. 05),there was no significant difference on the detection rate of VP in June- September and other months( χ2= 0. 717,P 0. 05). Conclusions Continuous measures should be taken to prevent and control food- poisoning caused by VP.
