摘　　要：应用型高校是高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育转化过程中应运而生的一种新型教育类型。目前,中国高等教育的发展已进入快车道,要想在竞争激烈的高等教育中立于不败之地,必须加强人才培养模式研究。人才培养的"应用性"价值到底该怎样理解?在实践中又该怎样体现?以《公共教育学》课程教学为例进行了探讨。本着"务实致用"的理念,应当树立"应用导向"的《公共教育学》新课程观,加强学生应用思维能力培养和应用行为能力训练。Application- oriented university came into being a new type of education,with higher education from elite education to popular education. At present,the development of China＇s higher education has entered the fast lane,if you want to in an impregnable position in the fierce competition of higher education,must strengthen the personnel training mode research. How to understand the ＂ applicability ＂ value in the personal training How to embody in the practice Taking the ＂ Public pedagogy＂ teaching as an example,is discussed in the paper. In line with the concept of ＂ pragmatic and practical＂,we should set the idea of ＂ application guide＂ in the new curriculum ＂ public education＂,strengthen the students＇ thinking ability and application ability training.
