摘　　要：高等教育自学考试是具有中国特色的一项高等教育制度,是中国高等教育发展进程中的必然选择,也是推动终身教育发展的重要力量。加强自学考试学习媒体建设,主动适应信息化网络化发展趋势,既是完善自考学习支持内容与模式的核心体现,更是在高等教育普及化进程中破解自身发展瓶颈的有效途径。本文以比较的视角,借鉴英国开放大学和MOOC的学习模式,探讨高等教育自学考试络学习媒体建设及自考网络学习的实现方式。Self-taught Examination is a higher education system with Chinese characteristics, it is the inevitable way of the higher education development in China, and also the important part for promoting the development of lifelong education. Strengthen Self-taught Examination learning media construction, adapt to the information network development trend initiatively, is not only to the effective way to improve the self learning support content and mode, but also can break the bottleneck for its development in higher education popularity. The article based on a comparative perspective from the learning mode of UK Open University and MOOC, explore Higher Education Self-taught Examination network learning media construction and network learning.
