主流意识视域下创新高职院校学生党团活动机制——以天津中德职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在对主流意识及目前我国主流意识概念阐述的基础上,分析了高职院校学生党团活动应发挥的作用,当前高职党团活动面临着四大挑战,天津中德职业技术学院在实践中探索,在探索中前进,提出抓好组织建设,突出学生活动参与的主体地位,创设机制建设多样性及完善专业化队伍建设等创新工作机制,提高主流意识教育的实效性。The paper analyzes the role students/ caucus activities in vocational colleges should play based on the mainstream ideology and the China＇s mainstream ideology. It also analyzes the current caucus activities facing 4 challenges. Tianjin Sino-German Vocational Technical College puts forward organization construction, students/ participation, construction mechanism diversity and professional team construction to improve the effectiveness of mainstream ideology education.
