摘  要:海洋藻类分布广,所含营养价值高,从海藻中提取抗菌物质成为当代研究热点,有极大的应用前景。为研究裂殖壶菌藻粕酶解粗提物活性,确定最适酶解条件,使酶解产物回收率达到最高。以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌为供试菌株,分别采用抑菌圈法判断酶解提取物对此菌是否存在抑菌活性,然后在质量浓度梯度(120,100,80,60,40,20,0 mg/m L)下测定提取物的抑菌效果。结果表明,裂殖壶菌藻粕粗提物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌都有不同程度的抑菌作用。提取物质量浓度在80 mg/m L时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌接近100%抑制的作用,而对沙门氏菌的抑菌作用相对较弱,培养12 h时,120 mg/m L的提取物的抑菌率为58%。通过与非酶解组对比,确定起抑菌作用的主要是酶解提取物。Marine algae is widely distributed, which contains high nutritional value. Antimicrobial substances extracted from seaweed has become the focus research. There is a great prospect for application. For the study of algae Schizochytrium meal enzymatic activity of the crude extracts, the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were determined for the recovery of the highest hydrolysates. The antibacterial bioactivities of the crude extracts were tested by inhibition zone method at the concentration gradient (120,100,80,60,40,20,0 mg/mL)with E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella strains. The results showed that algae Schizochytrium meal crude extracts had different antibacterial activities against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella. Extract concentration at 80 mg/mL, it was closely to 100% inhibition of action against E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The inhibitory effect on Salmonella was relatively weak to be 58% of inhibition rate when cultured for 12 h at concentration of 120 mg/mL. By comparison with non-enzymatic group, the inhibitory effect was mainly enzymatic extracts.
