航空服务专业中高职衔接人才培养体系的构建

摘　　要：随着国民经济和社会的发展,第三产业对人才的需求也随之加大。目前,江苏省内外有很多中高职学校设置了航空服务专业,在中高职衔接中存在着诸多问题,由此中高职院校在教育教学方面进行科学的、合理的对接是非常必要的。为此,无锡南洋职业技术学院旅游管理系在中高职教学衔接上打破了过去的常规,由双方共同制定航空服务专业人才培养目标、教学计划与教学管理制度,做好航空服务专业中高职教育教学的有效衔接。With China＇s economic and social development, the demand for employees from tertiary industry, especially the aviation industry, is increasing. To cater for the talent market, many secondary and higher vocational schools now provide Aviation Service program. However, the transition between secondary and higher vocational education proves to be problematic. It is therefore necessary for vocational education of the two levels to make scientific and reasonable trasition. Department of Tourism Management of Wuxi South Ocean Vocational College has made a breakthrough in this field by cooperating with airline compa- nies to frame personnel training objectives, teaching plans, and teaching management policy.
