摘  要:基于OBE教育理念的食品专业教学改革实践,主要围绕食品专业学生的学习成果,改进食品专业现有部分教学体系,实现学生自主学习、研究型学习,构建一套基于学生学习成果的考核评价体系,对学生的专业技能和素养进行全面综合的评价,实现食品专业的个性化教学,提高食品专业课程的教学质量,使课堂效率及学生的积极性得到提高,有效提高食品专业的综合教学效果。The specific aim of this paper is to discuss the objectives and measures of teaching reform of food major based on the OBE(Outcome Based Education) educational idea to deal with the defects and shortcomings existing in the teaching area of Food Science and Engineering major. The teaching reform based on OBE educational idea is carried out with the foundation of students' learning outcome. It's the first step to make learning outcomes clear,and the teaching system is secondly in need to be improved to realize self-study and research-study. Furthermore,assessment and evaluation system should be built of learning outcomes to comprehensively assess and evaluate the students' technology and quality. In summary,the teaching of Food Science and Engineer major should be successfully transformed into personal teaching according to the idea of people oriented and students oriented,and students would show great enthusiasm and it's greatly profitable and indispensable for the enhancement of teaching quality and finally effect in Food Science and Engineer major.
