摘  要:分别采集不同设备和工艺加工生产线所加工的薏仁谷精米和碎米,检测As、Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu、Zn和Mn含量,评估其污染程度和膳食暴露风险。结果表明,在污染程度评估中,A生产线所产精米Zn含量和碎米Mn含量均在需警戒范围,精米Mn含量表明有轻度污染,各被测元素含量在B生产线所产精米和碎米中均在良好范围,且所受Mn污染明显小于A生产线所产精米和碎米;在健康风险评估中,A生产线和B生产线所产精米出现了Cu膳食暴露风险,A生产线所产精米还出现了Mn膳食暴露风险。综合评价,B生产线比A生产线所产精米和碎米的重金属污染及膳食暴露风险更小。The polished coix seed and broken seed were gathered from two production lines with different equipments and technics. The contents of As, Pb, Cd, Hg, Cu, Zn and Mn in both seeds were determined, and the pollution degree and dietary exposure risk was assessed. The results showed that in degree of pollution assessment, polished coix seed from production line A indicated that the concentration of Zn in the coix seed and the con- centration of Mn in broken seed were in warning range; and slight Mn pollution in polished coix seed, The concentration of each element in polished coix seed and broken seed from production line B was in good range, and Mn pollution was obviously less than polished coix seed and broken seed from production line A. In dietary exposure risk assessment, Cu dietary exposure risk appeared in polished eoix seed from production line A and B. Mn dietary exposure risk also appeared in polished coix seed from production line A. Overall, less heavy metal pollution and dietary exposure risk appeared in polished coix seed and broken seed from production line B than from production line A.
