摘　　要：以文化产业知识型员工为研究对象,通过对228名知识型员工的问卷调查,实证研究了知识型员工的成长对工作绩效的影响。研究表明:知识型员工的成长对工作绩效有正向推动作用;成就需要在两者之间起到完全中介作用。This study takes knowledge workers in cultural industries as participants.With a survey of 228 knowledge workers,it empirically studies impacts of the workers＇ growth on their job performances.Research shows that the growth of knowledge workers is positively promoting their job performances and achievement need is a complete medium in between.
