摘  要:从4种大孔吸附树脂中筛选出LS-46D去除金针菇粗多糖中的蛋白,分别考察了上样量、洗脱剂用量、样品液p H和洗脱流速对金针菇多糖的纯化作用。结果表明,最佳工艺上样量为1.5 BV,洗脱剂用量为2 BV,样品液p H为6.0,洗脱速度为1.5 BV,多糖纯度从22.4%提高到58.3%,表明LS-46D可用于金针菇多糖的初步纯化。To deproteinize from Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide extraction, LS-46 D was selected from four kinds of macroporous adsorption resins. The main results showed that deproteinization from crude polysaccharide of Flammulina velutipes by macroporous adsorption resin was feasible method. The optimum condition was that the volume of sample of 1.5 BV, the elution volume of 2 BV, the p H of elution of 6.0 and elution rate of 1.5 BV, at this condition, the content of polysaccharide was increased from 22.4% to 58.3%. Therefore, LS-46 D could be preliminarily used to purify the crude polysaccharide from Flammulina velutipes.
