摘 要:以枇杷叶为原料,研究热水浸提法和超声波辅助提取法对枇杷叶多糖得率的影响,得出最优提取方法和条件。通过单因素及正交实验得到热水浸提法提取枇杷叶多糖的最优条件为料液比1∶15(g/m L)、浸提温度70℃、浸提时间3 h,该条件下多糖的得率为8.84 mg/g;超声波辅助提取法的最优提取条件为浸提时间2 h、超声功率120 W、料液比1∶25(g/m L)、浸提温度60℃,该条件下多糖的得率为15.03 mg/g。结果表明,超声波辅助法比传统热水浸提法提取多糖的得率提高了70.02%。Two different procedures of hot water and ultrasonic–assisted for the extraction of polysaccharide from loquat leaf were studied. Two procedures were compared and then the best procedure and the optimum extraction conditions were obtained. The optimum conditions of hot water extraction were raw material–to–water ratio of 1∶15(g/m L) under 70 ℃ for 3 hour. Under the optimal conditions,the yield of extracted polysaccharides could reach 8.84mg/g. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic–assisted extraction were ultrasonic power of 120 W,material–to–water ratio of 1∶25(g/m L)under 60 ℃ for 2 hour. Under the optimal conditions,the yield of extracted polysaccharides could reach 15.03 mg/g. As the result,the better procedure for the extraction of polysaccharide from loquat leaf was the ultrasonic–assisted extraction,the yield of extracted polysaccharides was 70.02% higher than hot water extraction method.
