摘　　要：该微课以纪录片《舌尖上的中国》为切入点,主要讲授了糖尿病患者饮食指导的主要原则、方法与注意事项。采用多媒体技术,运用"引导探究法""讲授法""演示法",辅助学生理解、掌握知识点。This microlecture starts with the documentary ＂A Bite of China＂,primarily explaining the main principles,methods and attentions of dietary guidance in diabetics.The course uses multimedia approach,guided inquiry method,lecture method,demonstration-based teaching to assist the students＇ understanding and mastering of the teaching content.
