摘　　要：要实现新课程改革"坚持以人为本,促进学生的全面发展"这一核心目标,必须把研究儿童作为教师课程能力的核心素养。江苏省吴江经济技术开发区山湖花园小学开展的儿童研究关注儿童的学习需求、学习旨趣、学习思维和学习发展,研究的途径与策略是:通过课前分析研究儿童学习起点,通过课堂观察捕捉儿童学习状态,通过课后分析评价儿童的学习结果。To achieve the goal of new curriculum reform with human-based and well-rounded development for students, teachers must conduct research on children as their core makings of curriculum competence. Our school carries out research into children revolving around their learning needs, interest, thinking and development, and the path and strategy of research are as follows： pre-class analysis decides on children＇s learning starting points, classroom observation captures their learning state, and post-class analysis assesses their learning results.
