摘　　要：介绍了临床医学工程师的工作职能和现状,探讨了继续教育工作的方向和方法。应用采样调查的方法,分析了13家医院医学工程科科主任及3家三甲医院医学工程科人员构成的基本情况,指出了目前临床医学工程专业继续教育工作具有的优势和所面临的问题。结合采样调查结果,分别从学科建设、技术保障等方面提出了继续教育的方式、方法,阐明了继续教育工作对提升医学工程学科实力、保障医疗安全的重要作用,指明了下一步的发展方向。The missions and present situation of clinical medical engineers were introduced, and the direction and method of their continuous education were explored. Sampling survey involving in 13 directors of medical engineering department and personnel composition of the medical engineering departments of 3 grade A tertiary hospitals proved the advantages and problems of the continuous education of clinical medical engineering specialty. The functions and trends of continuous education of clinical medical engineers were pointed out also.
